Busy

Keep busy always with something but definitely not with the basics like eating,etc..

Read book, Listen to Music, Watch Movie or Take care of your garden....Even taking a nap is a must ....Have a timeslot for that also...

Such activities make your body and mind to be active and indirectly, they rejuvenate your energy...
They make you feel young but make you healthy also.

So Never think that you need rest at times... Just copy the example of our heart...

See how it works continuously but steadily , ...without any let up. Works hard but confidently.
