Once I ordered for an eBook from an online shop which is reliable and has a good reputation.
Everything was fine till my confirmation of the order. But I was shocked to get the eReceipt for a bigger amount .Immediately, I reported this to the shop website for refund.
Added to this, the ebook was also not delivered to me even after 2 weeks, which also I reported as a complaint to the website.
Later,I came to know the huge bill was due to the technical snag occurred when I ordered the book.
As the shop site is a trusted one, they refunded the amount: of course after I waited for more than one month.
So please take care when you shop online.
