The Fattest countries in the world are measured as the percentage of obese adults to the country population.

1. Mexico  - 32.8%

2.  USA    -  31.8%

3.  Syria    -  31.6%

And the Thinnest country is Japan with 4.5%

12% of the World's total population is obese.
