Duty

Bhagwan Maharshi said.....

Find out the immediate, intimate instead of trying to find out what is distant and unknown.

         

The work performed with attachment is a shackle. Whereas work performed with detachment does not affect the doer. Actually the person is  in solitude when not bothered about the outcome.

It's wise to drop the sense of responsibility and freewill by regarding ourselves as the ordained instruments of the all-wise and all-powerful, to do and suffer as he pleases. He carries all burdens and gives us pleasure.
