As long as people are gullible, anybody can take them for a ride.
That is the reason for many scams , frauds, forgery, embezzlements and con misappropriations taking place all over the world. Example are Watergate (US), Coalgate (India), etc....
Only when the alertness is created in the minds of people, all these anti-social and financial crimes can be curtailed.
But the root cause of all these evils is the greed for money.
