Handicap

Many people think that having some problem in the body is the physical disability or Handocappedness.

But many well grown people tend to be handicapped. 
What else you will call the following misbehaviors?

1) Throwing the empty cola cans onto the road
2) Driving the car to the gym which is hardly 100 meters from the house.
3) Spitting in the public place.

Recently a couple travelled along with my family to Pune, India.
They conducted themselves in a more civilized way : one example -shut the door of the A/c coach without a thud. Reached their place safely.

What is so special in the above , you may think.

The couple is a set of blind people.
